1. The customer promises to have the legal right to use these pictures and video content and shall not infringe the copyright, information network dissemination right, portrait right, privacy right or any other legitimate rights and interests of third parties.
2. we have the right to review and supervise the pictures and videos uploaded by the customer. If the customer infringes the legitimate rights and interests of the third party when using the network platform, we have the right to require the customer to correct or take necessary measures (including but not limited to changing or removing pictures and videos uploaded by the customer or entrusted to upload) to reduce the impact of the customer's improper behavior.
3. The customer shall bear all legal responsibilities for uploading or entrusting us to upload, display and spread the content on our online platform.
